Your LOCK NUMBER - also called a Serial Number - is a ten digit number that was assigned to you when you first licensed your software (Any LOCK NUMBER for any SprinkCAD software product at your location will do - the next screen will allow you to choose your name from the list of users at your location).

To retrieve your LOCK NUMBER from your computer, launch the License Configuration utility (START -> All Programs -> TycoFP Software -> SprinkKEY -> Client -> License Configuration) and go to the License Manager tab. Highlight the Identifier for your Hard Disk or Dongle in the Available Devices list (Site Server users should see their network administrator as their LOCK NUMBERs do not display in this screen). Note the Serial Number for any installed Program listed in the bottom window.
